Nonprofit Community Recovery Grants

As the COVID-19 pandemic rages on, so does the financial struggle for many of the nonprofit organizations out there doing amazing work. That’s why WA Nonprofits wants you to know that your organization may be eligible for some cash, thanks to new Nonprofit Community Recovery (NCR) grants!
ArtsFund and the WA Dept. of Commerce will administer the Nonprofit Community Recovery (NCR) grants ranging from $2,500-$25,000, to cover COVID-19 pandemic hardship expenses incurred between 3/1/20 and 6/30/21.
Qualifying organizations must meet all of the following criteria:
- Have 501(c)(3) status, or fiscal sponsorship by a 501(c)(3), with appropriate documentation since FY2019
- Have a 2019 annual operating budget greater than $25,000
- Operate in one or more of the following three focus areas: -Arts, culture, science, and heritage organizations -Neighborhood Organizations -Sports and Recreation Organizations
Organizations led by and/or serving under-resourced communities, culturally diverse populations, and underrepresented groups are encouraged to apply.
